• White Sage Smudge Stick approx 11 CM. Sage is used for purification and clearing negative energy. It can be used for clearing negativity inside and outside ourselves, from our house, room, office, or any other type of structure. We can use it to cleanse our auras, too.

• Clear Quartz Rough Point 6 - 8 CM Approx. Clear Quartz brings strength and clarity to the intellect, aiding concentration and memory, filtering out distractions. For clarity on releasing the past and bringing clear intention into the new year.

Clear quartz is a Master Healer a powerful cleansing of other stones and keeper of your intentions. I like to write an intention on a small note and place it under my clear quartz. Keep the clear quartz on your home or office altar or any place where it is easily visible to you to stay reminded to check in what that intention. Update the intention as often as necessary or keep it for the year. I like to do a word for each year. The word comes to me through simple contemplation. Usually when I'm not trying to think of it. Charge that crystal with your intention to infuse your space with the intention which is held and magnified by the crystal and be reminded of it each time you pass your altar. Change the intention as often as you feel necessary (maybe only once a year) and don’t forget to cleanse your crystals.
