HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard express flat rate delivery fee of $9.99 applies to all states except for SA ($14.99) and NT, TAS & WA ($24.99). Bulky goods may have additional charges and you will be contacted prior to shipping. More remote regional areas may need to be quoted on order. Heavier and bulk orders can be custom quoted. If you are ordering a small item from a regional or other state that will fit a Standard Australia Post Bag, you may request a postal delivery for the standard $9.99 rate, rather than the default $14.99 or $24.99. WHY DON'T YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
In most cases the delivery costs us more than the quoted price. We do our best to keep prices fair rather than build in shipping costs into the product price. That way if you purchase multiple items, you only pay shipping once!
CAN I PICK UP FROM SYDNEY?
Yes you can pick up from our warehouse in Waterloo, Sydney. We are located at 866 Bourke Waterloo NSW 2017. Pick up available 7 days. Get in touch prior to ordering to find out when your order will be ready to collect. Or get in touch here to make an appointment.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT INTERSTATE DELIVERY?
Express Overnight Interstate Delivery will gladly be accommodated where possible by prior arrangement. Additional charges may apply.

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will aim to send your goods via courier within five (5) working days, note it may take longer during sale or holiday periods. P.O. Boxes 'usually' incur an additional $8 charge for the courier to take it to Australia Post, however we do our best to work around this for you and will be in touch if we can't do it inclusive.
In the checkout process you will notice a text box for delivery instructions. Please put here any detailed information about where the courier can leave the goods. E.g. on the porch, behind the bins, inside the gate etc. We will pass these on to the courier to make sure your parcel is delivered just how you like it! If you’re happy for your goodies parcel to be left right at your front door, simply type “OK” - that’s our secret code for “please leave my little beauty right at my door as a surprise for me when I get home!” AND….If you have any four legged friends roaming the delivery zone please read on!
Please note that couriers reserve the right to not deliver your parcel to your door if they believe it’s unsafe to enter your property e.g. a big scary dog or a moat full of piranhas. So, if you’re expecting your package that day (keep an eye on your tracking information!) and you think the courier might be worried, we would suggest perhaps securing your dog in the backyard if that’s an option, or just away from the front door. That way we can ensure safest and speediest hassle free delivery to you!
