Mookaite (AKA Australian Jasper) is only found in one part of the world, within the Kennedy Ranges of Western Australia making it a rare and treasured gem.

This deeply earthing stone brings grounding and comfort to any situation and assist to deepen one’s connection to Mother Earth and their natural surroundings.

Also a brilliant stone to use if you are coming into a new chapter in your life, such as moving house or changing jobs.

Mookaite promotes strength, vitality, courage and physical healing. It differs from other Jasper forms not only by its texture but also by its vibrant blood red tones, pinks, mustard and pale purples and cream tones which reflect some of Australia’s unique landscapes and earthy tones. Its only known locality is in an area known as the Windalia Radiolarite in Western Australia, which is said to have formed during the Cretaceous Period (145-66 million years ago).

Mookaite energy is said to enrich one’s trust and love for Mother Earth and all of her beauty. One will find themselves more aware of nature and life around them, as well as developing a connection with the animals we see each day, both wild and domestic.
