ABOUT YOUR ITEMS

• White Sage Smudge Stick approx 15 CM. Sage is used for purification and clearing negative energy. It can be used for clearing negativity inside and outside ourselves, from our house, room, office, or any other type of structure. We can use it to cleanse our auras, too.

• 3 x Palo Santo Stick Approx 11cm. Spanish for “holy wood”, Palo Santo is a sacred tree which grows in select parts of South America. It has been used for centuries by shamans in ritual prayer, ceremonies and healing. Tracing back to the Incan Empire, it had a prevalent place in native ritualistic medicine, preferred by shamans and healers for its metaphysical properties of purification and clearing negative energies.

• Clear Quartz Rough Point 6 - 8 CM Approx. Clear Quartz brings strength and clarity to the intellect, aiding concentration and memory, filtering out distractions. Its hypnotic quality is conducive to sleep, helping one to understand the messages and lessons conveyed during the dream state. Clear quartz is commonly used for its ability to cleanse and purify energy. SPECIAL NOTE FOR THE CLEANSING KIT

For clarity on releasing the past and bringing clear intention into the new year.

Clear quartz is a Master Healer a powerful cleansing of other stones and keeper of your intentions. I like to write an intention on a small note and place it under my clear quartz. Keep the clear quartz on your home or office altar or any place where it is easily visible to you to stay reminded to check in what that intention. Update the intention as often as necessary or keep it for the year. I like to do a word for each year. The word comes to me through simple contemplation. Usually when I'm not trying to think of it. Charge that crystal with your intention to infuse your space with the intention which is held and magnified by the crystal and be reminded of it each time you pass your altar. Change the intention as often as you feel necessary (maybe only once a year) and don’t forget to cleanse your crystals.
